Sebastian: One of the founders of theApproach, Sebastian brings a background of public speaking and social science to theApproach. He blends social science with his background as a writer and poet to help men use language to create unique, powerful, distinct personal images.

Jonathan: The Consigliere of theApproach, Jonathan brings the background of a distinguished entrepreneur with keen insight into human interaction. Running New York City's elite nightlife, Jonathan brings a perspective few understand of the most beautiful women and most exclusive venues.

Jason: Vice President of Business Development - and with amazing social skills to boot! Jason brings fresh perspectives from the high-powered tech world to theApproach.

Arnold: Arnold combines a soft spoken approach with hard hitting practice and drills. He reaches back from a myriad of experiences, including coaching women in how to attract men. Signing on with theApproach, Arnold's been instrumental in innovating and getting guys results. He's been cited as a personal inspiration to improve in not only the game - but in all of life.

Morgan: One of the most highly talented alumni of theApproach, Morgan brings the greatest club game - ever - to theApproach. Leveraging his background as a promoter and in business, Morgan is able to teach any man how to bring an amazing vibe to the conversation, and uses a high-powered compliance driven style of game.

Noah: Having accumulated unreal amounts of success before ever discovering the community, Noah brings a quick drawn, upbeat sense of humor and is great at pushing women - and clients - to their limits. He lives life to the fullest, travelling, working in film, and doing entrepreneurial endeavors.

Alex: Another highly talented alum of theApproach, Alex combines a soft-spoken, thoughtful style of instruction with a hard hitting, charismatic game that's upfront that women highly respond to.

Clark: Clark brings a fresh perspective to theApproach, as he learns and digests new skills from hands-on training with Sebastian. All instructors and staff of theApproach have been carefully selected and hand trained. theApproach employs a strict "No Mercenaries" policy - we only employ people who believe strongly in the cause of helping men better their social skills for the betterment of the whole world.

A number of guest instructors, instructors in training, and theApproach Ambassadors are not listed but enough can not be said about them.
